The AT-A12 is a length of low PIM cable with two connectors mounted on a heat sink to form a high power coaxial Attenuator with low PIM. It is representative of a low cost approach to provide excellent PIM Attenuators for accurate fixed or narrow band applications, or where frequency variation of attenuation is not essential. The attenuation value at a specific frequency is determined by the length of cable and the cable size.
Virtually any attenuation value and connector type can be provided for applications that can tolerate the attenuation change with frequency that cables normally exhibit.
